Multiple clicks creates multiple documents?

Hi,
 
My application has gone live.  Yay. 
 
However... 
 
I have found that when users click the submit button multiple times, that it created multiple documents. 
 
The form design is a std form, there is an agent that runs on save. 
 
I have checked a 'double click' properties on the button and it is set to 'No Submission'
 
Does anyone else have this issue?

One way to prevent this is to disable the button in client side Javascript when clicked.

I had a similar issue a while back.
